Bug Description
Affects all Eg current versions
Currently when you edit a user and change their barcode the username is unchanged. If they have changed their username intentionally this is of course the right thing to do. If, however, the username and barcode match the username should be changed to match the new barcode.

I'm not 100% convinced (only about 80% convinced) that the user name should be changed in this situation. I have known some people (especially library staff) who have memorized their barcodes and continue to use them even after they get a new card.
