Permission Group Interface does not properly refresh when making permission changes

Bug Description
Version 3.4, 3.5 +
After deleting or adding a permission to a Permission Group (Administration -> Server Administration -> Permission Groups), click Apply Changes. A message displays letting the user know whether the change was successful. However, when the screen automatically refreshes, Evergreen will no longer display any of the group's permissions. Attached is the screen I see once the changes are applied. It is necessary to go out of the Permission Group interface and back in to see the updated permissions list.
