Angular Vandelay: re-selecting a value in queue type combobox removes all the entries from the grid

This is hard to explain in a short summary! But here are my steps to recreate this issue:

1) Go to Cataloging > MARC Batch Import/Export.
2) Create some bibliographic and authority queues.
3) Click on Inspect Queue
4) Notice that the Queue Type combobox is set to Bibliographic, and that your bibliographic queues are showing up in the grid below.
5) Click on the combobox, and click on Bibliographic. Notice that your queues disappear from the grid.
6) Click on the combobox, and click on Authority. Notice that your authority queues show up in the grid.
7) Select Authority from the combobox again. Note that the grid empties again.

I haven't had a chance to check other interfaces to see if this specific to this screen, or affects other screens.
