Evergreen 3.5
An email notification that libraries can choose to enable on a per library basis to email staff when there are items that should be pulled to fill holds, possibly similar to the Pending Patrons notification for self-registration.
This would be useful currently for libraries whose staff aren't on the staff client as often as normal as well as being useful long term for libraries with a low volume of holds who don't check the pull list daily.
