Bug Description
The Angular Server Administration interfaces for call number prefixes and suffixes let one enter a value for the label sort key when creating or editing an affix. However, the sort key value always gets replaced due to a trigger, so letting the user edit the sort key is false advertising.
The modal should either not display the sort key or should make it read-only.
