Bug Description
It would be nice to override the fine generator parallel setting from opensrf.xml via a command line option. I have encountered a situation where the fine generator does not run to completion with the parallel setting at > 1, but does seem to complete with a parallel setting of 1 or not set.
I think this would be useful for these one-off situations.
