Bug Description

I'm unable to find any current Evergreen documentation for surveys, and with 3.5 the interface is getting an overhaul: https://bugs.launchpad.net/evergreen/+bug/1845240

Upon further investigation it seems this went in for 3.6.4 and 3.7.1 so I'm updating LP to reflect that.

EDIT: apparently I can't change the target to something that's already released so let me ask someone else for best practice here.
