Booking - Create Reservation - Choose resource by barcode wipes out patron barcode

Bug Description

When we try to create a reservation from the patron screen, it only fills in the patron barcode when we book by Resource Type and not barcode.
Retrieve patron record -> Click Other -> Booking: Create Reservation -> Choose resource by resource type -> Click Create Reservation -> patron barcode is populated as expected (see screeshot)
Retrieve patron record -> Click Other -> Booking: Create Reservation -> Choose resource by barcode -> enter barcode (there appears to be a refresh / screen flashes)-> Click Create Reservation -> patron barcode is empty (see screenshot)
The patron barcode should be automatically filled in whenever the create reservation screen is accessed from the patron record.
