Bug Description

EG 3.5

Many of the new angular interfaces have pop-ups for creating new entries. The fields are ordered alphabetically which can often be confusing with the main fields like Name being buried in the middle of the fields. The older interfaces ordered the fields in ways that were logical to the information being entered. Generally the name and org unit fields were the first two fields and when there were time ranges start date came before end date (alphabetically end date now comes first in places like New Survey).

For example:

When creating a new hard due date (Admin -> Server Admin -> Hard Due Date Changes)

Old order of fields
- Name
- Owner
- Current Ceiling Date
- Always Use

New order of fields
- Always Use?
- Current Ceiling Date
- ID
- Name
- Owner

When creating a new Z39.50 Server (Admin -> Server Admin -> Z39.50 Servers)

Old order of fields
- Z39.50 Source
- Label
- Host
- Port
- DB
- Record Format
- Transmission Format
- Auth
- Use Permission

New order of fields
- Auth
- DB
- Host
- Label
- Port
- Record Format
- Transmission Format
- User Permission
- Z39.50 Source

summary: - Alpabetical order of fields in angular interfaces alphabetical rather
- than logical
