Bug Description
All of the browse searches are "Starts with" searches, which can be useful at times. But sometimes the user doesn't remember the first word in the title, and being able to search and see a list of titles that contain a word or words would be very useful.
A "contains" search would be even more useful for searching subject headings, since they are often include several subdivisions, and it's not easy to know which word will be first. Someone doing a subject browse on Iceland may be interested in any of these headings, not just the ones where Iceland is the first word:
Iceland -- History
Folklore -- Iceland
Akranes (Iceland)
Birds -- Iceland

Just confirming that this is still not an option in Evergreen, and that I continue to believe that having the ability to browse for headings that contain specific words would be a useful addition to browsing for heading that start with specific words.
This is especially useful with subject headings -- in the Concerto database, headings that start with the word Piano would include the following:
Piano music
Piano music (4 hands)
Piano music, Arranged
Piano music with orchestra
But it misses these equally relevant headings:
Sonatas (Piano)
Variations (Piano with orchestra)
Concertos (Piano, violin, violoncello)
Variations (Piano)
