Multiplying delete button on Addresses tab in Organization Units

Bug Description

1. Go to Admin > Organizational Units.
2. Click the Addresses tab.
3. Click on an org unit that does not have its own address entry (e.g. SL1 or BM1).
4. Now, click on an org unit that *does* have its own address. This causes an extra Delete button to appear.
Every time you repeat steps 3 and 4, another Delete button appears. Only the right-most Delete button actually works.
