Bug Description

When cloning a report template, if the number of display fields selected for output is greater than the number number of rows displayed by default in the template editor, the 'excess' fields are not included on the cloned template.  I noticed this when testing a template with 30 display fields for output.  My default was set to show 25 rows of display fields.  When the template was cloned, only the first 25 fields were included on the new template.

Steps to recreate:

--Select a report template that includes more than 10 fields for the report output

--Set the template editor default to display 10 fields

--Clone the template

--Note that the new template includes only 10 fields for output

This problem does not affect newly created templates from what I can see; only cloned templates.

I have attached a screenshot illustrating the problem. The first image shows the template editor with 11 display fields; the second image shows the cloned template with only 10 fields.

EG version 3-3-5
Chrome version 81.0.4044.138

This also affects creating new templates, and this was reported in another bug: https://bugs.launchpad.net/evergreen/+bug/1934305.

This is still an issue in 3.10.
