New Local Admin Interfaces Use Old Terminology

Some of the new interfaces in local administration are using "item" and "shelving location" in the local admin menu but "copy" in the actual interface.

Item Alert Suppression
- page is titled Copy Alert Suppression Configuration and uses copy on the "New Copy Alert Suppression" button

Item Tags
- page is titled Copy Tags Configuration and uses copy on the "New Copy Tags" button

Shelving Locations Editor
- page is titled Copy/Shelving Location Configuration and used copy on the "New Copy/Shelving Location" button

Copy should be replaced with item on the Item Alert Suppression and Item Tags pages and removed from the Shelving Locations Editor page.

I made these updates by updating the fm_idl.xml file. This will update the relevant labels everywhere they appear on Evergreen. Branch here:
