Clicking on title of a record in a record bucket does not trigger a new tab

Bug Description

Clicking on a title link in a record bucket should open the opac page in a new tab rather than loading in the same tab. Opening in a new tab is the expected action as it is the performance in the search and pending sub-tabs.

Clicking on a title link on the Bucket View tab opens in the same tab.
Clicking on a title link on the Record Query and Pending Records tabs opens the record in a new tab.
