Bug Description
Evergreen 3.3
It would be useful for some libraries if they had the option of getting an alert via email (to a specified staff email) that there are new pending patrons to review. This should be optional as some libraries will be checking for pending patrons as part of their daily routine. For small libraries or libraries that are temporarily closed and only offering digital services this alert would be helpful.
