Re-importing an existing queue in angular vandelay: button should say "Import", not "Upload"

Steps to recreate:

1) Use MARC Batch Import to upload a file (authority or bib records, doesn't really matter).
2) When it is done importing, go inspect the queue.
3) Select a record and click "Import selected", or click Import all
4) Scroll down. Note that the big green button says upload, when you actually aren't uploading anything during this step. This should probably say "Import"?
