Wish List: Add Credit Card Approval Code to Payment Receipt

In 3.4.2: We've had libraries request the ability to add the credit card approval code to bill payment receipts when a patron pays via credit card (specifically, when staff enter the payment to the account using the "Record externally processed payment" option).

updated my print template to include the approval code, made a fake billing, made a fake payment, & saw the approval code from my payment on the receipt.
