Bug Description
If you set an Override Name for a carousel in the Carousel Library Mappings interface you can't remove it without direct database access. Emptying the textbox in the editor just sets the override name to the empty string, giving you no title at all. The editor interface looks the same as it does when override name is null, however, so there's no indication that there's an issue except that a carousel has no name.

Testing on a 3.6.0 server... when I re-select the original carousel name from the dropdown, it resets the override name to blank, which seems to work, but it's not intuitive (especially if you don't know what the original carousel name was).
I would expect the dropdown to retain the original name and the system to use it if the override field was blank.
