No autofocus to search box in "Basic Search" on staff client

Bug Description

Our consortium is on Evergreen 3.3.5. We are using Chrome 79.0.3945.130.

A staff user has reported that the cursor does not autofocus on the search box when starting a search of the catalog. Here are the steps to replicate the issue from the staff home page:

-From the menu bar, select Search -> Search the Catalog (here, the cursor is autofocused on the first search box as expected)
-Select Basic Search (the cursor does not autofocus on the search box as expected)
-After having selected Basic Search, selecting Advanced Search will also return a page without the search box autofocused as expected

This appears to be linked to the fix for bug LP1796225.
