The fm-editor for booking reservations should have a more logical order of fields

The Booking Manage Reservations, Booking Pickup, and Booking Return grids all provide access to an fm-editor. The fields are not in a particularly helpful order, though. It would be great to add a fieldOrder attribute to the <eg-fm-editor> tag with a more user-friendly order. This could be added to Open-ILS/src/eg2/src/app/staff/booking/reservations-grid.component.html, around line 45.

The same order should also be applied to the read-only fm-editor that appears in the Create Reservation schedule grid when a user clicks on an existing reservation. That is defined in Open-ILS/src/eg2/src/app/staff/booking/create-reservation.component.html, around line 212.
