Staff catalog: can't add a monograph part

In today's master, I tried to do the following:

1) Go to the experimental staff catalog
2) Open a record
3) Go to the Monograph Parts tab
4) Click "New Monograph Part"
5) Add a label
6) Click Save

In the UI, I get a toast saying "Update failed". In osrfsys.log, I get an error message that says that the Angular client is sending a null value for the part's record, rather than sending the bib id.

Was a case of expecting a 'get' method that was not there.

Was able to successfully create a part in the experimental catalog.
