Bug Description
The very helpful context menus are missing from some fixed fields for bib records. This bug is an effort to collect a list of fixed fields that are missing their menus.
For example, Indx and Fest don't have context menus when you right-click on them.
Note that bug 1780493 talks about missing fixed field context menus for authority records.
