Make it easier to remove email address from recurring reports

We get quite a few requests from staff who want to stop receiving recurring report emails from reports that someone else created (usually when someone has created a report to send out to multiple addresses at once) and that they no longer wish to receive. Sometimes they don't even know who originally created the report, or the person that created it is no longer working there. The only way we can currently help them with this is to modify it directly in the database.

It would be nice for staff to have the ability to stop receiving a particular notice, sort of like an 'unsubscribe' link in the email.

Other idea: Be able to go into the reporter to see a list of recurring reports that are coming to your email address and be able to remove yourself from any of the
