Bug Description
Owner column in the new angular Inspect Queue grid is mapped to the org unit instead of the user
If the user's ID matches the ID of an org unit, the org unit short name displays instead of the user. If there is no match, no value displays.
Screenshot attached showing the display of the org unit who's ID matches that of the user.
Observed in 3.3.5

The database field links to actor.usr, but the IDL field definition links to actor.org_unit. An IDL change should resolve it. Note in the previous version of the Vandelay UI, we didn't show the owner value, so it went unnoticed.
