Add Call Numbers and Items Discards Owning Libraries

Steps to reproduce:

1. Navigate to Item Status UI
2. Scan multiple (say, 3) barcodes, each with a different owning lib.
3. Select all 3 items and chose "Add Callnumbers and Items"
4. The holdings edit page that results shows a single owning library with 3 call numbers instead of the expected 3 owning libraries with one call number each.

By contrast, following the same steps but instead choosing "Edit Callnumbers and Items" results in a holdings edit page with 3 owning libraries as expected.

Turned out to be a minor data fleshing (or not fleshing) issue.
