Bug Description
Evergreen 3.3.4
The Fulfilling Library, Fulfilling Staff, and Fulfillment Date/Time columns for the Hold Shelf appear to not be applicable as when a hold is fulfilled (checked out) it's no longer on the hold shelf.

As an addon to this issue, it would be useful if fulfillment staff or a similar column was populated with the staff information for who captured the hold. This allows the ease of finding where some problems occurred.
