Web Client: Item Alerts in Item Status Detailed View not visible

EG 3.3.4

In the XUL client, the Item Alert field(acp.alert_message) showed up at the bottom of the item status detailed view, making it easy to see.

In the 3.3.4 web client, the only indication that item alerts exist or don't exist is if the Manage button is enabled or not.

Ideally I would like all alerts and notes to just show up at the bottom of the summary screen, with some sort of visual indication at the top of the screen that alerts or notes exist for the record.

Like how patron notes are indicated by a colored text box that says "Notes 2" in the patron record.

We have always found item notes useless since there is no way to know if they were set from the detailed view.
