Angular staff catalog needs page-specific titles

Context-specific titles should be added for each interface in the Angular staff catalog. In some cases (e.g. bib details) it would also be helpful to display the bib ID/TCN (maybe title?) in the tab title as well.

From the commit:

Add tab/page titles to the Angular staff catalog Search Results and Record Details pages.

Search results offers 1 of 2 titles, depending on whether a search has be run:

"Catalog Search"
"Catalog Search - <count> Results"

The record detail title shows the bib ID and bib title:

"Bib <bib id> - <bib title>"

Re: the record detail title tab -- at the last Cataloging Working Group meeting, I think there was consensus that catalogers preferred the tab title to show the TCN rather than the bib ID.

+1 to the TCN.
We may be working with duplicate records so having the TCN is better for central site staff.

It is helpful to see the TCN when troubleshooting or training (or both simultaneously)

+1 for the TCN. The title is really not necessary with the TCN.
