Bug Description
Hello, I working on an upgrade from 2.10 to 3.3 and I noticed a few issues with the popularity badges.
The 2.11 release notes don't say anything about needing to add the badge_score_

The TechRef for the feature also doesn't mention needing to setup that script

I was just surprised when I tried to see the feature in action and didn't see anything, since the release notes didn't say anything needed to be done to enable the feature.
The docs page mentions a script that needs to be run via cron, but nothing specific.
