wishlist: add damaged & missing functions to Items Out

I just gave this a try, and it works well. Thanks, Mike and PAILS!

The timing of the grid refresh doesn't work quite right for "Mark Items Damaged". The refresh happens shortly after the modal opens, before the user actually clicks the Submit button to confirm.
