This appears to be related to work done to address bug #174661 and bug #1739292. The fixed minimum width of the record summaries causes the entries to be dramatically out of line from the represented bibs if more than 3 bibs are under consideration. Please see screenshot.

Apparently I had something extra odd going on with caching when I reported this bug. It has mostly resolved, but they are still offset for large batch merges which forces them to run off the side of the working area.
