Bug Description

Some hard-coded paths have snuck into Evergreen again, this time in Apache config:

Open-ILS/examples/apache_24/eg_startup.in
Open-ILS/examples/apache_24/eg_vhost.conf.in

Fix forthcoming. If you find yourself typing "/openils" in an Evergreen commit, please stop to consider whether you could be using some sort of path variable instead.

The hard-coded path for the Angular web client also appears in eg_vhost.conf.in in EG 3.2 and 3.3, so I have targeted those releases too. The hard-coded path in eg_startup.in is only in 3.4/master.
