Bug Description
Bug #1790169 addressed fixes for saving and loading of grid sort priority. It was mentioned there that the same issues apply to eg2 grids, but those issues do not appear to be addressed in the committed code. Rather than re-open that bug, I am creating this bug as a landing space for follow-up. Please see the original bug for more details.
