Bug Description

Unlike the grids in other interfaces of the web staff client, values in the grid in various serial management interfaces (like subscriptions, predictions, issues management) are not localized at all. This concerns all values (of course, this does not apply to manually entered values such as template names). E.g. receiving status (receive, expected etc.), holding type (basic, supplement etc.), summary display (add_to_sre etc.), additional routing (true/false), etc are shown in English only (not localized).
Also, the date does not obey the library setting. E.g., we have set the date in the Library setting editor to dd.MM.yyyy format, or to dd.MM.yy HH:mm format, but the date / date and time in the serial management grid is still shown, e.g., as 6/30/2014 or as 1/1/2012 12:00 AM .

In the XUL client the grid values in the Serial Control View were localized.

Tested in 3.3.2
