Bug Description
We are on webclient 3.2.7, having just upgraded from the XUL client in February. We use a report that tells when an issuance is past the date expected, so that we can place a claim for the issue with our subscription agent if we feel we should have received it.
In the XUL client, if you realized that a publisher was behind schedule, instead of deleting all the future issuances, changing the expected offset, and then repredicting them, you could just go in and edit the expected date of the issuance. Doing so allowed you to remove it from the claim report until it was expected to be published, i.e., the publisher states that the July issue expected to be shipped in September.
In the webclient I am unable to find any way to edit this date, other than the deleting>
Possibly a box could be added to the "Edit Issue Information" box for expected date as well as publication date?

We have code in local production which addresses this. It has an open issue, but once we get that resolved, we can offer our branch for review.
