Basket: Add to New List performs no action from My Lists page

Evergreen 3.3
If you are on the My Lists tab in the OPAC and select the Basket Action "Add to new list" the screen refreshes and nothing appears to have happened. This seems to be because the action simply takes you to the My List tab.
In the OPAC and catalogue if you are in a search and click on the link for "X selected titles" your basket will display without the Create New List at the top. From there selecting "Add to new list" takes you to the My Lists tab with the Create New List at the top.
"Add to new list" should be disabled or removed from the actions list if you are on the My Lists tab.
