Evergreen Version 3.3
I believe this issue /might/ be handled in future versions via https:/
However, in version 3.3, the user currently doesn't have the ability to interact with the Filter button to search within certain administration interfaces. Of note, the filter button is missing from the Max Fine Rule, Circulation Recurring Fine Rules, Circulation Duration Rules, etc.
Just filing this bug, since more libraries are upgrading to 3.3, and they might search Launchpad for this 3.3 issue.
