Bug Description

This page uses the abbreviation TLD without saying what TLD stands for (top-level domain): http://docs.evergreen-ils.org/reorg/3.2/command_line_admin/_apache_rewrite_tricks.html

Newer sysadmins may not immediately recognize the acronym. Non sysadmins may be totally confused.

We should write out the first reference to top level domains. Even better, we could give a little explanation of the libid.txt example.

Let's also add TLD to the glossary.

Possible definition from Wikipedia:

"A top-level domain (TLD) is the last part of the domain name, that is, the last label of a fully qualified domain name. For example, in the domain name www.example.com, the top-level domain is com."
