Bug Description
The hints about the functionality around archiving stat cats makes it sounds like the archiving only happens to aged circs. I believe that was the initial functionality that was developed, but after some adjustment the feature actually archives the stat-cats for active circs, which can then also be used after a circ is aged.
The current hint at the functionality says
"Archive with Circs: Should the category and its values for the copy be archived with aged circulation data?"
I read the docs and assumed that the archiving happens at the time that the circ is aged, and now found that isn't the case. I thought that I just had to have the correct stat cats set with the archive setting before we start aging circs, but now realize that we need to somehow fill that data in for all the checkouts that happened before those settings were set, before we age the circs.
The simple fix is to remove the word aged.
"Archive with Circs: Should the category and its values for the copy be archived with circulation data?"
This bug report covers the creation of the feature and the shift from aged circs to all circs.
