Bug Description

In Evergreen 3.3, to the "Search and History Preferences" pane in the Account Preferences in OPAC has been added the Privacy waiver setting "Allow others to use my account". However, the name of the pane remained the "Search and History Preferences". It is very complicated or confusing for users to find the pane where they could set the option "Allow others to use my account". Probably the tab should be renamed (e.g "Search, history and other settings", "Other preferences" or anything else...)

There is also the "Skip warning when adding to temporary book list?" setting in the "Search and history preferences" pane.
I'm not sure if this option is still in use, with the new Basket function added to OPAC. If it is still in use, I would recommend moving the settings to the My Lists Preference pane, where - as I think - it logically belongs.
