Bug Description
The "Export non-imported records" feature no longer works reliably in the new angular MARC Batch Import/Export (i.e. vandelay). The backend perl code depends on the old session cookie "ses", which may or may not be set depending on your recent web client activity.

We are on 3.5.1.
On the client, the very first time I clicked Export Non-Imported Records, I was prompted to sign in. After giving logging in, there is no response. Subsequent clicking the button got no response. In the browser console, the error is ERR_TOO_
