Conflicting defaults for config.metabib_field.display_field

In 002.schema.config.sql, the display_field column in config.metabib_field has a default value of TRUE. However, in the corresponding upgrade scripts (upgrade/1073.schema.metabib-display-field.sql and version-upgrade/2.12.6-3.0.0-upgrade-db.sql), the default value of display_field is FALSE. I'm not sure which is correct.

One consequence is that the standard "All searchable fields" entry in config.metabib_field will have display_field = TRUE on a clean 3.1+ install, but display_field = FALSE if the system was upgraded from a pre-3.0 version of Evergreen.
