Missing IDL links

Some IDL links seem to be missing. I'm not sure if there is a reason for these to be missing:

action::reservation_transit_copy
- has a field prev_hop but link is called prev_dest

The following fields are in the <fields> section as a datatype "link" but have nothing corresponding in the <links> section

authority::control_set_authority_field
- heading_field

config::biblio_fingerprint
- format

action::emergency_closing_status
- creator

actor::usr
- ws_ou and wsid

asset::call_number_note
- creator

authority::record_note
- creator and editor

action::circulation
- usr_home_ou and usr_profile
