Have also found some inconsistency with upper and lower case us of Replace Mode terminology.on this page:

Thanks, Linnae, Katie, Kristy, and Remington. Improving consistency in our documentation is always welcome. I've taken your change and added it to the master, rel_3_3, rel_3_2 and rel_3_1 branches (aka the Current development version, 3.3, 3.2, and 3.1 official docs).
