Web client: Item Status doesn't have the same delete options as Holdings View

The Actions menu in the Holdings View of a bib record has three deletion options, under a "Delete" heading:

Delete Empty Call Numbers
Delete Items
Delete Call Numbers and Items

The Actions menu in Item Status only has one: Delete Items. It makes sense to not include "Delete Empty Call Numbers", since this wouldn't be applicable to anything in item status. However, "Delete Call Numbers and Items" would be handy. And for consistency's sake, it would be nice to have "Delete Items" and "Delete Call Numbers and Items" under a Delete Items headings.

This is as of 3.3, btw.

+1. Consistency makes training easier, and the different flavors of "delete" often come as a surprise to catalogers new to Evergreen (or so it seems, based on emails I receive!).

Consistent labeling is helpful when reading or creating documentation.
