Angular: eg-combobox and eg-org-select could use option to register change when user hits enter

Both of this widgets might benefit having an option to allow hitting enter (rather than just the act of selecting a value) to trigger a change event.

One use case: a control where you want the user to explicitly submit a form via a button push before any action is taken.

Another potential use case: forthcoming work to add column filtering to eg-grid, where filters for other types of columns can activate when the user hits enter.
