Hatch should provide a "hostname" command for workstation registration

Bug Description

Evergreen 3.3

As with the XUL client, when registering a new workstation, it would be nice if the computer hostname were used to pre-populate the workstation name field. Since hostname is not accessible via JavaScript, I propose we add a 'hostname' command to Hatch and teach the staff client to fetch the hostname (when Hatch is available) to use as the default workstation name.

Since a user could use multiple browsers on the same host, could the default be hostname + browser name? I'm worried about users losing all their settings when they create an identically named workstation in a different browser.

Hatch branch for 'hostname' support:

Evergreen branch to support using the hostname during workstation registration with Hatch is enabled. (Note it gracefully fails if Hatch has not yet been updated with the new command).

Making the same changes to the Angular workstation registration page first requires the code from bug #1793005. If this branch is merged first, will open a new LP for the Angular bits.

Hi Jane, in the scenario you describe, when registering the workstation on the second browser, the user would get the "this workstation exists" warning and would have the option to use the same workstation and adopt all of the existing settings (or register a different name). The settings wouldn't be clobbered.

Linking as dupe to bug 1825896 since these both modify a lot of the same code.
