Bug Description
In Angular Vandelay in Firefox:
1) Create a new Match Set
2) Click on the linked name to enter the match set editor
3) Try to add a boolean operator or MARC Tag/Subfield to the expression.
4) Note that the Add to Selected Node button is always disabled.
The instructions say to select a boolean node in the tree, but a new Match Set doesn't have any visible boolean nodes in its tree to select.

Resolves the issue by adding a default AND root node when building a new tree from scratch.
