Bug Description
As of current master.
Currently, you can go to Administration > Server Administration > Authority Thesauri > New Authority Thesaurus, and then add any old value to the URI field.
It would be nice if this could use the HTML5 url input type or some sweet regular expression to validate values (see https:/
