dead code cleanup: remove open-ils.search.added_content.*

The module Open-ILS/src/perlmods/lib/OpenILS/Application/Search/AddedContent.pm implements several methods that are hard-coded to return dummy data:

open-ils.search.added_content.summary.retrieve
open-ils.search.added_content.review.retrieve.random
open-ils.search.added_content.review.retrieve.all
open-ils.search.added_content.toc.retrieve

Three of these are referred to in Open-ILS/web/opac/common/js/config.js but are never used.

As of commit c63f5793bbdb61, all of this stuff was intentionally unused, and any potential use of OpenILS::Application::Search::AddedContent as a dummy default base class for added content handlers appears to have gone by the wayside. Consequently, this code should be removed.
